TIR Driving Ambition
TIR are a driver training company, although their offering goes way beyond that with apprenticeships mentoring for businesses, health and safety qualifications, re-skilling programs for ex service personnel and an active involvement in government initiatives around driver recruitment and overall industry improvement.

Based in Yorkshire with a client base nationwide, TIR initially recruited us to re-design their brochure. We now enjoy a fruitful working relationship and have undertaken numerous creative projects.
The brief for the brochure was to retain the existing logo (a challenge in itself as we had to fight our desire to be creative and re-design it), and improve on the original creative direction, which it was felt was too dark with the A4 landscape format being cumbersome and impractical.
TIR had a number of other literature items, none of which were consistent, so our creative approach was to find a solution based on establishing some brand assets and a direction for use. One that was flexible enough to adapt across the many markets TIR operate in, but represent them nationally with certitude..
Since that initial brochure we have designed exhibition spaces, press advertising, infographics, sub-branding for apprenticeships (Q&A) and driver recruitment (Drivers of the Future), along with many more brochures.
Our work with TIR has gone beyond simply improving creative output, it has generated greater brand awareness and reflected the professionalism of TIR through their communication. They have enjoyed higher numbers attending their courses, and the 2015 apprenticeships scheme led to the largest annual sign up since its inception.
