We do love a bonkers concept! In early 2017 a client of ours pitched us the idea of the Top 30 Under 30 Awards, to celebrate the unsung heroes in business'es in our Hull and Humber area. Well, once we got our heads around the idea, we we're on board with the flag raised high on the mast.
One of the key challenges in creating something completely new from scratch is to convince your target audience that you are the real deal and not a massive risk. So without doubt the first year required a lot of imagination and explanation as to what this Awards Programme actually was, and why local business'es should get involved. And get involved they did!
Now going into it's third year, the Awards are becoming an established and respected part of celebrating young talent and prospective leaders in our area. Here at MY, we are proud to have developed the brand, built the website, supported with the event management, created the brochures and banners and filmed and edited over 70 videos in the first two years, oh yea and we even designed the winners trophy. It's safe to say that it's been a great project to be involved in and we look forward to supporting the Awards for many years to come.
